Valentine Prissette, born in 1998 in Libourne, is a visual artist who lives and works in Paris. A graduate of the Beaux-Arts de Cergy in 2022, her practice unfolds through installation, weaving together textiles, wood, and wax. Her work probes the porous boundaries between the theatrical and the domestic, the environmental and the intimate, while engaging with questions of gender and abstraction.

Through the language of scenography, she composes interior fragments: arrested tableaux that evoke the stillness of a theatre at rest. Within these suspended spaces, familiar forms reappear, haunted by the ambiguous narratives that linger in the half-light of bedtime stories.
